Jessica Moss has been in the hair industry since 2014. Trained under Master Barbers and Stylists in Portland, OR; Jessica has learned a variety of skills to give you the best hair care that makes you feel and look great! As a Barber/Short hair specialist, Jessica enjoys creating clean fades, textured mullets and french bobs. She is also trained in hot towel shaves and dermaplane facials! When Jessica is not cutting hair you can find her taking walks with her partner and dogs. As well as baking, making art & connecting with her family, friends & Filipino community.

Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations are hard to fill, so please remember to cancel or reschedule appointments before the 48 hr window! Thank you!
